The main components of the eccentric screw pump are the fixed stator (vulcanized rubber into a steel pipe) and the rotating rotor. Rotation and the design of both components create sealed chambers through which the product is transported from the suction to the delivery end of the pump. The fluid passes smoothly and uniformly from cavity to cavity without agitating, emulsifying and degrading. They allow pumping fluids with solids in suspension and high viscosity. They can work in both directions of rotation.
Applications include wastewater treatment, chemical, food, paper, marine and other industries, among others.
We are continuously developing new models. We are also available to develop new personalised stators and rotors according to the needs of pump manufacturers.
